This space was completely gutted for a full renovation, but the new interior will pay ample homage to the home’s original mid-mod bones. Organic forms, natural materials, a minimal aesthetic, and plenty of historic charm will ensure the update will feel just as intentional as the original, classic design. The main bathroom will be updated to feature large-scale concrete terrazzo floor tile and Tadelakt plaster finish on the walls, and the existing timber framing will be preserved and made to pop with statement light fixtures.
