When our friends at Homeworks Property Lab came to us with a vision for their new office space, we knew it had to reflect the same energy and intention they bring to every real estate deal—smart, approachable, and undeniably stylish. This commercial remodel reimagines the typical brokerage office as a place where business gets done beautifully. We leaned into warm oak cabinetry, deep navy tile, and crisp silhouettes to create a space that’s both functional and elevated. Custom millwork keeps things organized and streamlined, while playful wallpaper, geometric flooring, and sculptural lighting bring personality and a little bit of punch (note the "H" tile in the kitchenette—a subtle nod to the brand). From the conference room to the kitchenette to the powder room, every detail was designed to make the 9-to-5 feel less like a grind and more like a vibe.
