Because this home was already under construction when we were brought on board, most of the major finishes had already been selected. This unassuming Salt Lake bungalow was ready for an overhaul and to be infused with some real feminine energy. Our client was ready to create her dream space. We carefully curated lighting, furniture, wallpaper, and decor to help create a luxurious space that could be enjoyed everyday. Almost reminiscent of a boutique hotel, gorgeous marble slabs line the bathrooms and bedroom fireplace. A rich and vibrant color palette pops off of the white oak floors and white walls. We also had fun with wallpaper - using a modern toile in the guest bedroom and a hand painted delicate floral for the ceiling of the basement movie room.
