Originally a standard builder-grade condo—neutral, expected, and without identity. The goal was to rework the space into a New York-inspired loft: intentional, layered, and personal. We introduced industrial elements to create structure, then softened them through material contrast - linen, subtle pattern, and classic lighting. The balance keeps the space from feeling cold while maintaining a clean, modern edge. Lighting was considered early and used architecturally to shape the experience of the home. With a tight footprint, space planning was critical. Every area was designed to function efficiently for a large family without compromising openness. The result is a space that feels composed and elevated—quiet at first, but fully realized once you step inside.
